If you're new to the sector hers a great way to gain knowledge, experience and get a job in the disability industry.

In just a week you will have completed essential training to give you the building blocks for work in the sector, plus a week's work experience - all at no cost to you!

At the end of the course, you will have a good sense of what the work is all about, some basic qualifications that will increase your appeal to employers, and a unique introduction to local employers who are currently hiring.

Client customised training to meet specific client needs

Care Skills Group work with multiple Care Providers to skill existing and new staff in essential and prefered Support Worker Skills. Particular skills are chosen and then blended into a dedicated course. Skill areas include;

• Providing Individual Support

• Facilitation Community Participation

• Support Client Self Management
